1. Membership Agreement
By registering for a library account at Gerwyn Liberal University, you agree to abide by all library rules and regulations. Membership is granted to current students, faculty, and staff of GLU.
2. Book Borrowing Rules
- Books can be borrowed for a maximum period of 14 days
- Maximum of 5 books can be borrowed at any time
- Books must be returned in good condition
- Late returns will incur fines of 50 pesos per day per book
- Lost or damaged books must be replaced or paid for
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities on your account
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Report lost or stolen library cards immediately
- Update your contact information when it changes
4. Electronic Resources
Access to electronic resources is limited to personal, non-commercial use. Systematic downloading of content is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
5. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected for library administration purposes only. We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law.
6. Code of Conduct
- Respect library staff and other users
- Handle library materials with care
- Maintain a quiet study environment
- No food or drink in the library premises
7. Account Termination
The library reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, unpaid fines, or fraudulent activity.
